Our principal's family name, pronounced "Lah-vee-oh-let", carries the  French meaning of "The Violet."

With almost two decades residence in Brisbane, our Principal, Kelly Laviolette, originally hails from the idyllic island of Mauritius. Her academic journey took her to Paris, where she devoted five years to her studies.

 

In 2005, she put down roots in Brisbane, completing her Masters in Medical Biotechnology and Business Administration. During her time in Brisbane, she cultivated a strong network in the scientific and medical fields, specialising in sales and marketing strategy and was awarded the prestigious National Sales Person of the Year on numerous occasions, including twice in a row in 2017 and 2018. Kelly conducted her undergraduate studies at the prestigious University La Sorbonne (Paris V & Paris VI)  in Paris.​​

Kelly marked her debut in real estate in 2019, with prominent prestige real estate groups, specialising in prestige property,  in Gold Coast and Brisbane. She has called the New Farm peninsula home for the past decade, providing her with a front-row seat to the remarkable transformations in the real estate landscape over the years.
